Kung Fu Kickin'
That's me doing part of my breaking test for my black belt in TKD. Tonight, though, is my first belt test in Kajukenbo. I have to admit to being a bit nervous. I am testing for my orange belt, so wish me luck.
Hey Paca: I studied hapkido in tandem with TKD, and I loved it. In fact, at my Kajunkenbo test, I used a number of joint locks to deal with opponents that were simulating street attacks.
multi: thanks! I hope you enjoy the blog.
Written: TKD is super fun, but I really have to wholeheartedly recommend Kajukenbo these days! :-)
I'm afraid that tai chi would be my choice now, what with bad back and arthritis. But my job means I can't get to the classes! I get home at 8pm, and days off vary. Bleh.

Looks like a blast. I've always wanted to study hopkido (hapkido?) because I'm all into ummm holds and stuff.
Congrats!
I studied tae kwon do briefly years ago and loved it. It takes a lot of work to get that advanced. Congrats!
